"No Pain, No Gain" is a dangerous philosophy in a sound flexibility program. There should never be an injury in a flexibility program. We encourage slow, rhythical stretching movements which are safest, cause less irritation to the tissues being stretched, require less energy expenditure, and will yield more qualitative relief from muscular distress. Here we specialize in the field of muscular rehabilitation, our Therapist perform extensive evaluations, muscle testing and complete medical history. Ilana Spodak, Certified Neuromuscular Therapist has the education and knowledge to understand not all stretches are the same for each individual.
